Purpose:
– To introduce the Foundation and share success stories of our previous activities.
– To intimate the Head of Service as one of the stakeholders of our forthcoming cancer awareness programme at Ibesikpo Asutan LG.
In his remarks, the Head of Service thanked team OBcare for their selfless community service to enlightened the people about the dreaded disease of cancer. He specially thanked the Executive Director for using her story to educate the citizens. He further praised the team for choosing Ibesikpo Asutan for the campaign in year 2024. He promised to partake at the event and support the Foundation in his capacity to make it a success .
At the end, copies of a book written by the ED “WINNING THE BATTLE AGAINST CANCER” and “The Will of Service Magazine” of the Foundation was presented to the Head of service Elder Effiong Essien while the Permanent secretary and other directors who were in attendance watched in admiration.
The courtesy meeting ended with a prayer by the Executive Director followed by group photographs.
