Only Believe Care Foundation visits Eagles Assembly at Osongama Estate for a talk on Cancer on Saturday 24th of August, 2025.
The team was introduced by Mr Victor Ifot shortly before Doctor Nsese took up the stage.
She spoke on the Topic: *Youths life style and Cancer*
This talk was really interactive as the youths in the church participated in the teaching for their attitudinal reorientation.
She asked, What is cancer?
It is an abnormal growth of the cells.
She mentioned the modifiable risk factors of cancer:
1. Smoking
2. Poor dieting
3. Sedative lifestyle
4. Lack of exercise
5. Sun exposure
6. Unprotected sex
How to prevent cancer
1. Avoid smoking
2. Eat healthy
3. Live a good and positive life style
4. Exercise regularly
5. Avoid sun exposure
6. Practice safe sex
7. Go into farming for healthy products
When someone has cancer, let’s stop criticizing, stigmatizing and looking down on the person, they all need love to survive cancer.

How to reduce the risk of prostate cancer
1. Lifestyles
2. Lack of exercise
3. Check your prostate
4. Do a DRE (Digital Rectal Examination)
*Breast Cancer*
When detected early, one can be saved.
1. Check for lump
2. Hereditary
3. Eat healthy
4. Monitor your breast
After the teaching, questions were asked:
1. How true is it that cancer is hereditary?
2. Can prostate cancer be reduced through sex?
3. Can sucking a woman’s breast stop her from having cancer?
At the end of the program, Princess Victoria Umoh gave a vote of thanks on behalf of OBcare foundation. She made the youths of the Assembly to understand that OBcare is in collaboration with Ibom Multi-specialty hospital offering 30% off all medical care.
The youth Pastor of Eagles Assembly thanked Only Believe Care Foundation for coming to speak to the youths and promised to apply all what has been learned. He prayed for the growth of the foundation.
