It was again another moment of thanksgiving celebrations and giving back to the society as the Founder of Only believe care Foundation marked her 2023 birthday with The event which was tagged Breast Cancer Survivor Pink Hour which took place at the prestigious Bezaleel mini hall on the 22nd of June 2023, and it featured:
- The journey so far; which is the personal testimony of the Founder as a survivor,
- Health talk on life style, nutrition and testimonies from other survivors
- Games. In attendance were breast cancer survivors, those undergoing treatment the newly diagnosed clients, team of medical personnel and care givers and team OBcare.
Breast cancer as we all know is a complex disease that places substantial, physical and financial burden on patients, their family and society at large, so the aim of the pink Hour was to reach out to patients for assistance and social support to help them cope with the disease-related stress and it treatment while assuring them that cancer is not a dead sentence if detected early and treated.
As an ordained Pastor with strong faith in God that there is no impossibility in Him, some clergies were invited for prayers for super natural healing and restoration. Many items were shared to all in attendance and the event ended with the cutting of birthday cake to the celebrator, the Executive Director/Founder of OBcare Foundation.
