In a way to combat and as well unbundle innovations to ensure quality survival for people living with cancer, Only Believe Care Foundation has gathered concerned individuals to revive their hope of surviving on the theme “Cancer Care: Uncovering New Possibilities, Uniting For A Cure”.

The event which was held on Sunday, 2nd June 2024 at Bazeleel Hall, House of Assembly Road, off Udoudoma Avenue in Uyo is graced by a lot of personalities within and beyond Akwa Ibom State.

Hon. Ini Ememobong

Speaking during the panel session, the Commissioner for Information, Comrd. Ini Ememobong, noted several issues impeding total understanding and collaboration to mitigate cancer issues, which according to him include, cultural issues, education literacy issues among other things.

In the area of awareness, he urged medical practitioners to simplify their messages of diagnosis to accommodate everyone, while saying, ” we in the public relations and communication wings are ready to collaborate with Only Believe Care Foundation to expedite the spread of this message of hope, “
