
Only Believe Care Foundation commemorated the 2025 World Cervical Cancer Elimination Day of Action with an impactful outreach program held on 17th November 2025 at Federal Science and Technical College (FSTC), Ukana Offot, Uyo.
The event aimed to increase awareness about cervical cancer, promote prevention strategies, and empower young people especially adolescent girls with essential knowledge on Cancers.

The Executive Director Mrs Imaobong Andrew-Essien shared her survivors story to the students who listened with keen curiosity.
The Foundationโs team engaged the students through an interactive health talk with Dr Nsese Udeme, focusing on the causes of cervical cancer, early detection, HPV vaccination, and the importance of regular screening.

Students were encouraged to take responsibility for their health and live a healthy life.

Educational materials and gift items were distributed, and a โquestion and answerโ session allowed participants to seek clarifications and deepen their understanding.

The program successfully achieved its goal of raising awareness and fostering a culture of early prevention among young people.

Only Believe Care Foundation reiterated its commitment to community health advocacy and continuous support toward the global drive to eliminate cervical cancer.
